Creating unlimited invoices is useful, but the system also needs to track customers, quotes, payments, reminders, credits, income and reports. Otherwise the invoice count is unlimited while the bookkeeping remains fragmented.

A tradie, service business or sole trader may send very different numbers of invoices from month to month. An unlimited plan removes the need to predict that volume or delay legitimate invoices to remain under a cap.

Unlimited does not remove the need for accurate records. Every invoice should still use the correct customer, tax treatment, date and line items.

When invoice limits are not the deciding factor

A business may reasonably choose another product for payroll, automatic bank feeds, complex inventory or a required integration even if that product has a different plan structure. Compare the whole workflow, not one limit in isolation.
